Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Interlink account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, cleared of all personal data, and placed back in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.
- 3.Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, securely attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
